Does Argentina Fly issue corporate invoices?
Yes. Argentina Fly issues corporate invoices in compliance with Argentine tax regulations. Applicable VAT (10.5% or 21% depending on the type of operation) is detailed in each quote. For recurring flights or corporate agreements, we manage billing centrally.
Is it possible to coordinate multiple recurring flights for a company?
Yes. For companies with frequent air transport needs, we offer centralized coordination: a single point of contact for all operations, itinerary tracking, flight reports and consolidated billing. Contact our team to discuss a corporate agreement.
Which aircraft do you recommend for a team of 6 to 8 executives?
For groups of 6 to 8 passengers on domestic flights, the King Air 200 or Learjet 45 are the most common choices. The King Air offers operational versatility and can access secondary airports; the Learjet 45 prioritizes speed and cruise altitude. For international or longer-distance flights, the Learjet 60 or Citation Sovereign are suitable alternatives.
How far in advance can a corporate flight be booked?
A minimum of 24 to 48 hours for standard domestic flights. For more complex operations — international destinations, multiple stops, airports with special procedures — we recommend a minimum of 72 hours. During peak seasons, booking further in advance ensures greater availability of options.
Can special catering be arranged on board?
Yes. Special or personalized catering is coordinated on request and has an additional cost to the base price. Flights include snacks and basic beverages by default. For board meetings or longer flights, specific menus can be arranged with sufficient advance notice.
What is the difference between a corporate flight and a standard private flight?
The aircraft and operation are essentially the same. The difference lies in the management: a corporate flight involves centralized coordination, corporate billing, the possibility of frequency agreements and a service profile oriented towards the operational efficiency of the business client.
What documentation does each passenger need?
For domestic flights in Argentina, a valid national ID or passport is sufficient. For international flights, a valid passport is required and, depending on the destination, the corresponding visas. Argentina Fly coordinates check-in procedures and, when applicable, entry permits at destination.
Can you fly to destinations without a commercial airport?
Yes. This is one of the main advantages of private aviation. Argentina Fly operates to rural airstrips, estancia runways and secondary airports not covered by commercial aviation, provided that runway conditions and operational permits allow it. Ask about availability for your specific destination.
What information do I receive before the flight?
Within 24 hours before the flight, Argentina Fly sends the client a full flight brief: detailed itinerary, confirmed passenger list, assigned aircraft and crew, airport meeting point, additional contact numbers and check-in time. The team arrives coordinated, with no details left to manage on the day of travel.
Is there follow-up during the flight and at the destination?
Yes. Argentina Fly monitors the entire operation from the moment passengers arrive at the departure airport until they are cleared at the destination. This includes coordination of ground transport at both ends to avoid delays on departure and arrival. The client does not need to manage those details separately.
