Operator portal

From your dashboard you upload and update rates, costs, aircraft details and empty legs, and view your aircraft statistics on the platform.

Requirements

Only operators and aircraft that Argentina Fly has reviewed and audited in person are published on the quote tool.

  • Valid AOC (Air Operator Certificate) issued by Argentina’s ANAC.
  • Each aircraft listed in the annexes of the AOC.
  • Valid aircraft and passenger insurance for commercial air transport.
  • Aircraft in the condition, and with the cabin and equipment, the platform requires.

Operators with independent safety certifications, such as ARGUS or BARS, are given priority.

How admission works

  1. Application

    Send us your company details and the aircraft you want to offer.

  2. Document review

    We review the AOC and its annexes, each registration’s approval and the insurance policies.

  3. Aircraft assessment

    We check whether each aircraft meets the platform’s requirements.

  4. Audit

    We audit the operator in person: base, team, maintenance and every aircraft.

  5. Publication

    Once the audit is approved, photos, details and rates are uploaded and the aircraft goes live on the quote tool.
