Who we are

Argentina Fly is a broker: we advise on and arrange private flights with certified operators. We do not operate aircraft.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form: first and last name, email, phone, message, language, the page you wrote from and your IP address. We use them to answer you and prepare a quote. They reach us by email at info@argentina-fly.com.
  • Quote tool and WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and whatever you send. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.
  • Empty legs newsletter: your email and language. You confirm the subscription through a link (double opt-in), and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Flight details: if you book a flight, we ask for the passenger details the operator and the authorities require (for example, full name and ID or passport). We share them with the operator flying you, for that purpose only.
  • Site security: we use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam on forms and the quote tool. Your IP address is kept for a few minutes to limit abuse and is not linked to your identity.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device, approximate country). We do not use it to identify you.

We do not sell or rent your data.

Cookies and local storage

  • af_csrf: a technical cookie that protects the quote tool. It is required.
  • Google Analytics: measurement cookies (_ga and similar).
  • Browser local storage: remembers whether you have seen or closed the newsletter prompt.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser. The site keeps working, except for the features that rely on them.

Third-party services

The site loads content from third parties that may receive your IP address: Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA, fonts and the reviews from our Google profile, shown with the name and photo each author published on Google), CARTO (maps), cdnjs and unpkg (code libraries) and HostGator (web hosting, in the United States). Your data may therefore be processed outside Argentina.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and quotes: 2 years from the last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Flight records: as long as applicable regulations require.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your data, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Email info@argentina-fly.com and we will reply within the time limits set by Argentine Law 25,326. If you live elsewhere, you can also exercise the rights your local law gives you.

Under Argentine Law 25,326 you may access your personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown (section 14, subsection 3). The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose data protection rights have been breached.

Minors

The site is not intended for anyone under 18. Details of minor passengers are provided by the adult who books the flight.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
