La Paz is an Entre Ríos city on the Paraná River in Argentina's Littoral, about 423 km from Buenos Aires. Cattle and commercial centre of the province, it combines Mesopotamian farming tradition with riverside golden dorado and surubí fishing.

La Paz airfield (LAZ) has no regular commercial service. From San Fernando (FDO), about 423 km in 1 h 30 min to 2 h flight, avoiding road transfers with river crossings and heavy traffic.
Dorado September to April, best October to December. Surubí year-round. Autumn and winter suit field and ranch visits.
