Jacinto Aráuz is a town on the dry southern La Pampa, a cattle and hunting enclave surrounded by estancias on open plain. With no scheduled commercial air service, efficient access relies on private aviation.
Local hunting estancias run partridge, hare and wild boar shoots on private reserves. The pampean setting invites riding, photo safaris and visits to purebred cattle establishments.
Private estancias with field lodging accept small groups with personalised service by advance booking. Controlled access allows rural stays without commercial traffic.

Hunting season March to August, with peak activity in autumn and winter. Spring brings moderate rain and unusual green on the dry pampa, suited to riding. Summer reserved for agribusiness or field inspection visits.
